Creating Flexible Work Cultures
In 2005, I founded Super Navigators with a clear mission: to help organizations build flexible work cultures grounded in trust, autonomy, and rhythm.
At Super Navigators, we support leaders and teams in rethinking how time, work and culture are designed. We help organizations build systems that honour biological diversity, family constellations and different work styles — because flexibility is no longer a perk. It’s a precondition for well-being, innovation and sustainable performance.
The Life Navigation Course
A transformational learning journey in flexible work-life design.
Life Navigation is a five-part course developed from 20 years of international experience — designed to help people navigate their time, energy, direction and space, both individually and collectively.
The course combines applied chronobiology with work-life design tools, offering practical strategies that support autonomy, collaboration and well-being. It’s ideal for teams looking to develop a shared language and rhythm around flexible work.
Format:
• Up to 6 participants: 5 × 90 minutes
• Up to 15 participants: 5 × 3 hours
• Available online or on location
Session overview:
- The Timekeeper – Control your time
Map your 168-hour week. Understand how you actually spend your time — and where change is needed. Learn why time autonomy is a foundation for health and performance. - The Pilot – Set direction in your life
Set 1–4 meaningful goals. Learn to navigate from within instead of reacting to external demands. Clarify your personal and professional compass. - The Conductor – Live and work in sync with your rhythm
Discover your chronotype. Align your daily rhythm with your natural energy peaks — for better focus, flow and well-being. - The Space Creator – Choose the right spaces for the right tasks
Design physical and mental spaces for deep work, rest and creativity. Learn the 4xR model and plan “Frog Off” time for undisturbed focus. - The Super Navigator – From personal insight to collective culture
Reflect, integrate, and design new ways of working — individually and as a team. Write a letter to your future self, and explore how to support rhythm in your organization.
Participants leave with:
